Remote control
An operator can remotely drive the platform and position the robot before unloading or loading begins.
KRONA U1 loads containers with boxes from pallets or conveyors. The same mobile robot unloads eligible floor-loaded cardboard boxes from shipping containers and trailers onto pallets or conveyors.
Tell us whether you need loading, unloading or both, and how cartons reach or leave the robot.
KRONA U1 unloads floor-loaded cartons up to 25 kg onto a conveyor or directly onto pallets, and loads containers with boxes from pallets or conveyors. One mobile robot handles both directions of flow.

A robotic arm, vacuum gripper, and vision system on one mobile platform. Move KRONA U1 between work areas and position it inside the container.

An operator can remotely drive the platform and position the robot before unloading or loading begins.
Move forward, backward, sideways, or diagonally with 360° directional movement. Align the robot with the freight and conveyor.
Large wheels and their arrangement help the platform negotiate ramps, thresholds, and small obstacles between the warehouse and container.
We assess ramp gradients, threshold heights, and surface conditions for your site.
Unload cartons up to 25 kg from a container onto a conveyor or pallets. Load the container with boxes from pallets or conveyors using the same KRONA U1.

The system unloads trailers and shipping containers and loads containers with boxes from pallets or conveyors. We confirm suitability by testing your representative boxes and chosen operation.
KRONA U1 loads containers with eligible closed cardboard boxes. Define the source arrangement and required placement sequence together with the vehicle geometry.
Show how the required cartons become accessible, how source pallets are replenished and which preparation tasks remain with people or separately specified equipment. Agree carton identification and the order available to the loading robot.
Specify carton orientation, spacing, transfer height and arrival order. Define who releases a carton, what confirms the placement and how the supply stops when the loading position is unavailable.
Use the container and truck loading solution guide to compare the complete arrangements, or prepare a mixed-SKU loading brief.
Loading throughput and finished-load requirements are assessed for the application.
Representative cartons and site details let us agree a practical test.
Filled carton weights and dimensions, condition, tape, labels, load-wall photos and recurring container volume.
Accessible carton faces, doors, floors, ramps and thresholds, robot and safeguarded space, conveyor capacity or pallet replacement for unloading, and box supply from pallets or conveyors for loading.
Sustained flow including stops, eligible freight coverage, operator assistance, damage, recovery and complete dock occupancy.
Confirm service scope, support and terms. Following an accepted trial, decide whether to continue.
The maximum carton weight is 25 kg; up to 10 boxes per minute is a peak unloading specification. Loading sequence, throughput and complete process time are assessed separately for the outbound application.
Pay per use at an hourly rate, with a one-time installation fee. We can also supply conveyors. Your rate, equipment scope and terms are tailored to your operation.
Connect carton supply, conveyor transfer and assessed robotic placement inside the vehicle.
Select a KRONA forklift for the load, pickup geometry, route and required delivery positions.
Move compatible carriers or supported loads with a low-profile lifting and navigation robot.
Assess boxes from a defined infeed to an accepted pallet pattern, including pallet exchange.
Plan carton handling, pallet building, transport and task confirmations as one complete flow.
