Container unloading
Extract eligible closed cartons with KRONA U1 and hand them to a conveyor or pallet position.
Choose the handling task, then connect the equipment. KRONA U1 handles eligible cartons; KRONA autonomous forklifts and lifting AGVs move compatible pallet or carrier loads. We scope the handoffs around your complete operation.
What moves?Individual cartons or a supported pallet / carrier load.
Where does it go?Container, conveyor, pallet position, production or storage.
What confirms the move?An available destination, an accepted handoff and a completed task.
Extract eligible closed cartons with KRONA U1 and hand them to a conveyor or pallet position.
Connect carton supply, conveyor transfer and assessed robotic placement inside the vehicle.
Select a KRONA forklift for the load, pickup geometry, route and required delivery positions.
Move compatible carriers or supported loads with a low-profile lifting and navigation robot.
Assess boxes from a defined infeed to an accepted pallet pattern, including pallet exchange.
Plan carton handling, pallet building, transport and task confirmations as one complete flow.
A forklift or lifting AGV transports a supported load. A carton-handling robot picks individual boxes. Palletizing adds a placement pattern, pallet exchange and an accepted finished load.
Start with that distinction when comparing equipment or planning an integrated system. Navigation labels such as AGV, AMR or SLAM do not establish a machine’s lifting geometry or carton-handling capability.
Compare AGV and AMR applicationsFor inbound receiving, connect carton unloading and any scanning or sorting to the pallet handoff and transport destination. For outbound work, define pallet supply, carton presentation and the loading sequence.
Specify the equipment, task owner and confirmation at each interface. Include buffers, pallet changes, charging and the work that remains with people when comparing complete-job output.
Plan a connected warehouse systemAssess client freight changes, shared docks and contract duration alongside carton handling and pallet movement.
Plan a 3PL automation applicationFollow receiving and replenishment from the inbound load to an accepted storage or pick-face handoff.

Review food and cold-storage requirementsConnect repeatable production moves, carton palletizing and assessed container-loading supply.
Explore container-loading applicationsShare loaded dimensions and mass, pickup and delivery conditions, route or carton sequence, shift demand and the current bottleneck. For pallet building, include the pallet dimensions and required finished pattern.
