Container unloading ROI calculator

Compare your current unloading costs with editable robot-rental assumptions. All costs are in euros. KRONA U1 also loads containers with boxes from pallets or conveyors; this calculator models unloading only. Contact the team for a loading assessment.

Illustrative planning assumptions, not a quote. Change the inputs to test your operation; KRONA confirms rates, commitments and deployment terms in a tailored offer.

How does volume change the result?

Only annual container volume changes; your other assumptions stay the same. These are sensitivity cases, not forecasts.

About this estimate. The labour defaults are broad European planning inputs, not measured warehouse wages. Robot rate, minimum, setup and deposit are selected illustrative inputs, not market averages or KRONA prices. Replace them with your measurements and supplier offer. The annual model assumes 52 operating weeks and evenly distributed usage over 12 months; seasonal peaks can increase minimum billing. Setup is charged once per deployment and deducted from the first-year cost difference. A refundable deposit is shown as cash required, not expense. Confirm multi-robot setup and deposit terms in the offer. Remaining manual unloading stays at your entered cost. Enter additional recurring costs separately; unentered integration, energy, assistance, maintenance and downtime costs remain uncosted. Released labour hours produce cash savings only when actual spending falls. Unload times and freight eligibility are assumptions, not measured KRONA performance.

Labour-cost context: Eurostat's 2025 economy-wide employer costs span roughly €12–57/hour across EU countries. This is not a warehouse wage quote or a source for robot pricing. Eurostat, 2025.
