Specify a container loading system
Assign carton supply, planning, conveyor, robot and acceptance responsibilities.
Bring a client's container unloading or loading project to KRONA. Assess the freight, dock, handoff and box supply from pallets or conveyors, then agree the deployment scope and partner offer.

KRONA U1 combines a mobile platform, robot arm, vision and gripping for eligible closed cardboard boxes in trailers and shipping containers. It unloads cartons onto conveyors or pallets and loads containers with boxes from pallets or conveyors.
The public maximum carton weight is 25 kg and the peak unloading rate is up to 10 boxes per minute. Actual performance and assistance depend on the carton mix, access, site conditions and receiving process.
Use the freight suitability guide to qualify the application. For outbound work, review container and truck loading solutions and the loading-system RFQ. Define mixed-case planning and any separate palletizing or depalletizing cell within the agreed integration scope.
These inputs make the first discussion useful even before a complete design or financial model exists. Share client information you are authorised to provide.
Start with freight fit, then review the layout and receiving boundary. Define who owns carton tests, installation work, interfaces, operator training, exceptions and ongoing support in the project proposal.
For a pilot, agree the representative load sample and acceptance measures: eligible coverage, sustained flow, remaining operator work, damage, recovery and complete dock occupancy. The acceptance checklist provides a starting point.
Protocol support and integration scope are project requirements to confirm. A carton-handling demonstration alone does not establish a particular PLC, warehouse-management system or robot-brand interface.
For a warehouse management system connection, name the stock owner, inbound delivery, carton identification method, receipt decision and source of truth. Agree who handles duplicate messages, missing acknowledgements, held cartons and reconciliation. Use the WMS receiving-interface guide to prepare those questions alongside the local conveyor handshake.
Request the installed equipment list, applicable instructions, approved task owners, parts responsibility, shift coverage and return-to-service checks. The maintenance planning guide provides a service-scope worksheet; actual interface support and service commitments are confirmed in the project offer.
KRONA has a special offer for system integrators and distributors. Contact the team to discuss the client project and receive partner pricing and terms.
Robot purchase pricing, software and deployment terms are provided privately to integrators. Rental is pay per use at an hourly rate, with a one-time installation fee. We can also supply conveyors; equipment scope and commercial terms are quoted for each project.
Confirm applicable partner pricing, deployment costs, responsibilities and final terms in the project offer. The purchase-versus-rental worksheet helps structure the client business case.
Assign carton supply, planning, conveyor, robot and acceptance responsibilities.
Check the client freight, recurring volume, dock control and receiving process.
Define infeed, gripper loads, pallet positions and buffer requirements.
Assign normal-control permissions, confirmation and recovery responsibilities.
Tell us about the client operation, the cartons and where they need to go. Include your role in the project and any receiving-interface questions.
Share roughly how much you need to move. We’ll get in touch to discuss the possibilities.
