How the form works
When you submit the form, its data is sent over HTTPS to this website's server and written to a private SQLite database. It does not open your email application.
Information we receive
We store your name, company, work email, optional phone number, stated load volume, freight and unloading description, form language, and the page where you submitted it. Your IP address and browser identifier are not stored with the enquiry.
Why we use it
To respond to enquiries, assess technical suitability, prepare a deployment proposal, and retain records relating to business communication.
Retention
Form records are automatically deleted from the website database after 12 months. If an active commercial conversation or contractual relationship begins, separate business records may be retained according to applicable legal and accounting requirements.
Storage and access
The database is held on a private Railway volume attached to the website service. There is no public API for reading submissions; authorized KRONA team members can view them only in a password-protected internal area or through Railway.
Recipients
Railway processes form data as the website infrastructure provider. The website is not connected to a CRM or external form-receiving service. PostHog EU Cloud processes analytics data on our behalf.
Analytics and session recordings
The website loads PostHog automatically. It helps measure page views, clicks, scrolling, referral sources, approximate location, device and browser details, and replay a visit. We do not identify visitors by name, create identified person profiles, or use this data for advertising tracking.
Protected information
All input-field content is masked. The contact form, calculator inputs, and calculator results are additionally excluded from session recording and automatic interaction capture. URL query parameters are removed from session recordings.
Analytics retention
PostHog uses first-party local browser storage to connect events and session recordings across pages. On PostHog's free plan, analytics events are retained for up to 12 months and session recordings for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information by emailing info@kronarobot.com.
Cookies and local storage
The analytics integration is configured not to use cookies. PostHog stores information only in this site's local browser storage; you can remove it by clearing the site's data in your browser.
